A new residence atop the Yarra Boulevard escarpment in Kew’s Studley Park precinct is now on the market.

Edition Office, Flack Studio and Eckersley Garden Architecture are leading the project which boasts uninterrupted views of the Yarra River and Yarra Bend Golf Course, as well as the rolling hills of Mount Macedon.

The project, Fenwick comprises of three separate pavilions with two town homes, three apartments and five apartments respectively.

50% of the Fenwick site is dedicated to landscaping.

ANGLE Development Manager, Marcus Boscarato, said Fenwick will be of interest to both professionals and downsizers who love nature but need to live near the city, as well as those who value good design.

Fenwick is a 15-minute drive from CBD and a short walk to Kew Junction.

“Due to the restrictive planning controls, in particular, the heritage overlay, and the lack of properties changing hands in this precinct, Fenwick is literally one-of-a-kind and those familiar with the area will know how rare these properties truly are,” Boscarato said.

Interest has been noted as strong with prices ranging from $2.5 million to $5 million.
