Latitude launches in Coolum Beach targeting luxury downsizers
A new Coolum Beach apartment development is targeting the luxury end of the market.
Latitude Coolum Beach from HMR Projects offers seven apartments, including one penthouse.
The 809 square metre Beach Road lot is close to the main beach and Coolum Esplanade.
