A pair of three bedroom two bathroom semi's currently under construction in Kiama, NSW have been sold by their mortgagee.
Situated at 5 Sommerville Close, Kiama the to-be semi's were sold for a combined $790,000.
The home's came with DA approved plans and with construction underway.
Earthworks, footings, concrete slabs and retaining walls have been completed.
The home previously on this site sold for $530,000 in 2015.
The median price for a home in Kiama is $960,000, according to CoreLogic.
