The REIV is expecting about 270 auctions in 161 suburbs this weekend, lower the normal given the Spring racing carnival.

The top auction locations this week are Craigieburn (10) and Rosebud (7), followed by Belmont and Frankston with six and five auctions respectively.

Next weekend the auctions pick up when on there will be 1190 auctions.

The there will be a 17/18 November peak with 1430 auctions.

In three weeks’ time, 24/25 November, the auctions slip back to 1020 auctions.

A three bedroom Craigieburn house has been scheduled for auction on November 3 with $400,000 to $440,000 hopes (pictured above).
