Andamooka has the cheapest rental price in SA: Investar
Andamooka, a town 600 kilometres north of Adelaide, has the cheapest rental price in South Australia, according to Investar.
It suggests the suburb's median rent of houses is $120 per week, increased by 20% from this time last year.
The rental yield is about 7.9%.
Its median house price sits at $79,000.
A two bedroom house on Government Road was recently on the market seeking $100 per week (pictured top).
Situated at 245B Government Road, the house features two bedrooms, open kitchen/dining/living, and low maintenance yard.
Additional features include reverse-cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and floating floorboards throughout.
Another example is a Dynamite Drive two bedroom house which was recently listed at $150 per week (pictured below).
