Choice Homes building Sovereign Estate, Gold Coast's latest masterplanned community

Sovereign Estates is the latest masterplanned community on the fringes of the Gold Coast.

The community currently comprises 84 lots of three and four bedroom homes (above and below).

The first stage release of 34 lots is well underway, with only 20 now left. The first lots are located near Ormeau Woods State High School.
