It was sold by Ross Moller and Nick Moller from LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill.
The townhouse at 6/501 Varley St features open plan living, two bedrooms with built-ins, in-ground pool, single carport and security screen.
It is within walking distance to shops, and close to the beach and golf course.
The home had been last traded at $160,000 in 2014.
The suburb's median unit price sits at $210,000, according to CoreLogic.
