A three bedroom house in Western Australia's Karloo has been sold by mortgagees.
It sold at $90,500, down on it's last $220,000 price when sold in 2013.
It was also less than the $170,000 sale price in 2008, but $11,500 dearer than its sale in 2004.
It was sold by John Harvey at RayWhite.
Built in 1982, it had been a $170 a week rental offering in 2018.
The 122 Abraham Street, Karloo house features three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen-dining room, a cozy lounge and laundry.
The windows are protected by security shutters "for peace of mind making this an ideal lock and leave".
Off street parking is provided under a double carport and there is a small garden shed in the back yard.
