A three bedroom house in Western Australia's Spearwood has been sold by mortgagees.
It was sold at $355,000.
It was sold by Mark Grljusich at Harcourts.
It last sold at $260,000 in 2006.
The 23 Skeahan Street, Spearwood house is a very old and run down three bedroom, one bathroom home on a large 728sqm block, with a 18.1 metre frontage.
Zoned R30, the agent said it was "ready to sell, ideal for the savvy investor, renovator or developer who wants a property in a great location, that has large potential and are prepared to do some work to get a positive result."
The suburb's median house price sits on $460,000 according to CoreLogic.
