The 1992 built South Australian home was sold by Ken Loft from Harcourts.

It had last sold at $111,000 in 2011.

Situated on a 620 sqm corner allotment, it is close to transport, local shopping centre and schools.

The suburb's median house price sits on $330,000, according to CoreLogic.
