It was offered by Thi Nguyen and Matthew Dunn from Jellis Craig Doncaster.

Its price guidance was between $490,000 to $539,000.

It last sold at $589,000 in 2014. It has been a rental at around $450 a week.

It positioned across the road from exclusive shopping, restaurants, gym, entertainment and buses with the freeway, schools and parks only minutes away.

The suburb's median unit price sits on $579,000, according to CoreLogic.
