It was sold by Jason Campbell from Blackwater Real Estate.

It also features outdoor entertainment area, air-conditioning throughout and ceramic tiles through living area.
The house had last sold at $472,500 in 2011.
According to CoreLogic, the suburb's median house price sits on $88,750.
A large two storey house in Blackwater, a town in the significant coal mining area in Central Queensland, was sold for $67,000 last month by the mortgagee.
