A luxury riverside home in one of Brisbane’s priciest suburbs has been listed.

Receivers have listed the 1927 Spanish mission style abode of Margaret Batt, wife of bankrupt whiskey and cattle baron Keith Batt who founded Nant Distilling Company.

It had been listed by Margaret Batt late last year, but now receivers have taken over.

Dubbed El Nido, the stunning three-level home hugs the Hamilton hillside with river and city views.

The home at 19 Hillside Crescent, Hamilton, is Spanish mission style.

The house is perched on the hill between Kingsford Smith Drive and Hillside Crescent.

Batt had tried to sell the Hamilton home in December without success.

It has been set for auction for Saturday April 28 through Place agent Tristan Rowland.

The four bedroom home comes with a riverview pool and games room.
