Mortgagees take loss on sale of Morayfield, Queensland home

Set on a 600 square metre Morayfield block, a three bedroom house in south-east Queensland has been sold at a loss by the mortgagees.

It was been listed by Cali Bernardin and Candice Calvert from Real Estate Morayfield, who secured $265,000. It last traded for $330,000 in 2010.

It sold at $235,000 in 2005 and in 2003.

The home at 40 Carmela Crescent, the Morton Bay regional home features three bedrooms with built in robes, open plan living/dining/kitchen, and covered outdoor entertainment area.

Schools, shops and public transport are within walking distance. 

The suburb's median house price is $351,060 according to CoreLogic.
