Secret House Rules Rosebery auction

An original two-bedroom Rosebery home secretly snapped up by Channel Seven last September for $1.25 million, has returned to the market as new home for auction this weekend.

It’s with a guide of $1.6 million through Purplebricks.

The transformation will be aired in the upcoming season of Channel Seven’s hit television show House Rules, the reality show hosted by Johanna Griggs. 

News Local's Southern Courier noted that the Rosebery neighbours began to speculate when they noticed a house at 54 Tramway Street was knocked down and rebuilt in the record time of just seven days.

The new home is a two-storey, four-bedroom, two-bathroom, ultra-modern sanctuary. 

The new dual level residence offers open-plan living, dining and kitchen and a spacious outdoor entertainment area.
