Melbourne's North East the weekend auction hotspot: CoreLogic

Melbourne's North East was the region that had the highest weekend clearance rate in Melbourne, according to CoreLogic.

The clearance rate was 77.3% across 207 auctions in the week ending February 25.

A Doreen four bedroom house has been sold at auction for $670,000 (pictured above).

It was sold by Millership & Co on February 24.

Easily accessing to schools, transport and shops, the 13 Kossatz Terrace house features three living areas, Blanco equipped kitchen and an open study. 

A three bedroom townhouse in Bundoora, another North East suburb in Melbourne, has been sold at auctions for $628,000.

It was sold by Mary Ali from Raywhite on February 24.
