A Westdale three bedroom house at Tamworth, in New South Wales has been sold by mortgagees for $340,000.
It was sold by the agent Marie Fenn from Fenn Real Estate in January.
The 30 Lindsay Road house on a 740 sqm block comes with three bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining area and separate living area.
The conservative estimated weekly rental was given as $350 to $360 per week.
It had been sold at $62,000 in 2008 as a building block.
According to CoreLogic, the suburb's median house price sits on $325,000.
It took 120 days to sell.
