The central Victoria home was sold by agent Martin Skahill from Elders Real Estate.
It last sold in 2012 at $265,000.
The 29 Alder Street home came with three bedrooms, separate open plan kitchen and front lounge/living room.
It located in Kangaroo Flat, in the Bendigo district, within easy reach of schools, major supermarkets, shopping, gyms and restaurants.
According to CoreLogic, the suburb's median house price is $305,000.
