Logan Reserve ranked first in Investar biggest stock increase suburbs, QLD

The Logan City suburb, Logan Reserve, experienced the biggest stock increase in Queensland over the past year according to Investar.

It has been regularly at the top of the supply list.

Investar suggests the stock for sale has grown by 190 percent, from 97 houses this time last year to its current 284 offerings. 

A four bedroom yet to be completed home (below) is currently priced at $429,694.

The property at 140 New Road comes with two living areas and two garage spaces.

Another newly built three-bedroom house was sold for $425,000 last year. 

The 37 Sidney Court house came with three bedrooms, ducted air-conditioning, stone bench tops, 900mm free-standing cooker, ducted vacuum system, security system with video intercom and floor to ceiling tiling in the bathroom.

A four bedroom house was on the rental market at $400 per week. 

The 32 Malachite Drive home comes with four bedrooms, double lock up garage and open plan living lounge room.

Investar puts it the suburb median rental at $395 a week.

According to the CoreLogic, the median house price sits on $388,000.

Last June Logan Reserve had the largest increase of housing stock in Queensland, according to Investar’s June report.

The property investment firm said that in the past year to date Logan Reserve’s housing stock has increased by 181%.

This was followed by Holmview with 93% and Jensen with 89%.

A three bedroom house at 3 Lake Bogong Court, Logan Reserve (top) that sold for over $307,500, is up for $330 a week.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 26 Coralina Crescent, Logan Reserve (below) was listed last year $425,000.
