Beecroft units prices rocketed into Sydney's top 10 suburbs in 2017

Beecroft ranked fourth last year in the CoreLogic top 10 Sydney suburbs with the greatest annual change for units.
There was a median value of around $1.03 million in the upper North Shore suburb. There were an annualised 33 sales over the period.
The 12-month change was 31.7%.
Townhouses styles offerings are currently on the market off the plan on Copeland Road priced at $1.03 million.
