Melbourne gets busy with early 2018 house sales
Melbourne has been the busiest capital with early 2018 house and unit sales.
There has been a $700,000 median house price, according to CoreLogic from more than 2000 sales across Melbourne.
Recent private treaty sales at around the median include a nearly built townhouse in Brunswick (above) which fetched $700,000.
The home north of the Melbourne CBD has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the earliest sales of the year was a Queens Park Road apartment in Melbourne which fetched $700,000.
The two bed, two bath unit with study sits in the Grosvenor development.
