Mortgagee sells Hope Island home for $1,375,000

A single level Hope Island home within Sanctuary Cove's prestigious Schotia Island precinct has been sold by the mortgagee for $1,375,000.
Built by Deep North with an in-ground pool, the home sits on a 993 square metre block adjoining 4.5 hectare of open green parkland on two sides.
The 2091 The Circle property had three king size bedrooms, all ensuited, plus a large study.
It last sold at $1.3 million in 2014. It had sold in 2007 at $1.3 million, and in 2011 at $950,000.
It was on the market for over 100 days before its sale in late November.
