It was a three bedroom 1975 built home.

Last month a three bedroom Aldinga Beach house sold for $261,000, which was also the weekend's cheapest result.

Located at 26 Stirling Street, the 670 square metre property has potential to either be renovated or redeveloped.

Built in 1978, it last sold in 2002 for $129,950.
