Matt Carver heads up The Agency Projects Melbourne

The Agency Projects Melbourne is set to be headed by new associate director Matt Carver.

Carver, a former top 100 professional golfer on the PGA European Tour, has spent two decades in the real estate industry in both residential and project development.

"After 15 years in residential, I found my calling in projects," Carver said.

"It has been incredibly fruitful for me professionally and for my development clients.

"Then when I received a call from the number one project manager in Australia, Steven Chen... I realised there was only one person I wished to work with."

The Agency Projects division has experienced demand for its services within the Melbourne market since launching earlier this year, with many project clients seeking greater access to the Sydney and broader Asian markets.

In response to this demand, director of projects Steven Chen and his team have been looking to expand into Melbourne but required the right leader for the role.  

"The timing is right and Matt Carver is the right person to lead our entry into the Melbourne project space," Chen said.
