Millers Point terraces sold for $18.7 million total

The latest Millers Point auctions saw seven terrace properties selling under the hammer for a combined $18,741,000.

To date, McGrath has sold 136 properties with a total value of over $415 million, as part of the Millers Point sales program.

Commenting on the continued 100% success rate, McGrath agent Lorraine Crawford said it was a very successful night with competitive bidding across all seven properties.

There were 28 registered parties placing 432 bids on the night.
