The property at 22 Rural View Drive was marketed as ‘Mortgagee in Possession’.
The selling agent was Mandy Hall of Hall & Co.
The rustic home is spread over 2.4 acres, or 9,880 sqm.
It last changed hands for $550,000 in 2009, according to CoreLogic data.
