Sydney's Northern Beaches scores 85 percent weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

Sydney's Northern Beaches had the highest auction weekend clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 69 auctions in the area some 85.5% resulted in a successful outcome.

This is followed by Ryde with 81.5% and Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury with 80%.

Sutherland had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 57.1% of its auctions cleared.

A four bedroom Manly house at 16 Eurobin Avenue (below) was sold over the weekend for $3.72 million.

Built in 2009 it last sold for $2.2 million in the same year it was built.

Another four bedroom house at 73 John Oxley Drive, Frenchs Forest (below) was sold for $1.8 million.
