Melbourne's North East region scores highest weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic
Melbourne’s North East scored the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 112 auctions in the area 78.6 percent resulted in a successful outcome.
This was followed by the Outer East with 78.3 percent and the North West with 72.7 percent.
The Mornington Peninsula had the lowest weekend clearance rate with only 62.1% of the 29 auctions cleared.
A two bedroom townhouse at 189A Miller Street, Thornbury (above) was sold for $675,000.
A three bedroom house at 210 Gower Street, Preston (below) was sold for $980,000.
