Brisbane's slow home value growth: CoreLogic

Brisbane has notched up the lowest weekly home value growth, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that Brisbane’s home value grew by 0.1% in the past week.
This was lower compared to Melbourne’s 0.5% or Adelaide’s 0.4%.
Perth was in decline, the property data company advised.
Brisbane also has the lowest year to date home value growth with only 0.8% compared to Melbourne’s 9.6%.
It’s home value growth per month is also the lowest with a decline of 1% compared to Perth’s 0.6% decline.
