Brisbane and Adelaide share same median time on market: CoreLogic

Brisbane and Adelaide are both taking the same amount of time to sell a house, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that houses in both capitals are taking 61 days to sell while for units it is 77 days in both capitals.

Sydney and Melbourne both take around a month for properties to sell making it the fastest place to sell a property.

However units in Darwin can take up to 101 days to sell while houses in Perth can expect to stay for up to 85 days.
