North West Melbourne region scores 90% auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The North West region of Melbourne had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 71 auctions in the North West 90.1% resulted in a successful outcome.
This is followed by the Inner region with 88.7% and the Outer East with 87%.
The South East region had the lowest clearance rate with only 70.5% successfully cleared.
A four bedroom house at 4 Steele Creek Drive, Keilor East (above) was sold over the weekend for $1.273 million.
A three bedroom townhouse at 28 Nyah Street, Keilor East (below) was sold for $777,000.
