Marcoola ranks highest unit in Queensland rental yields: Investar

Marcoola has the highest unit rental yield in Queensland, according to Real Estate Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that Marcoola’s unit rental yield is 13%.
This is followed by Manoora with 10% and Edmonton with 9%.
