West Gladstone units can be rented for $130 per week: Investar

West Gladstone ranks among the most affordable suburbs to rent a unit in Australia, according to Real Estate Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that the median rent for a unit at West Gladstone is $130.

This is followed by Millicent with $135 and Chinchilla with $140.

A two bedroom unit at 1/32 Boles Street, West Gladstone (above) is available for $99 per week.

Another two bedroom unit at 2/12 Murray Street, West Gladstone (below) is available for $145 per week.
