Outer East Melbourne scores 90% auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Outer East Melbourne region had the highest auction clearance rate over the weekend, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 55 auctions in the Outer East region 90.9% resulted in a successful outcome.
This was followed by the South East with 86.2% and North West with 83.6%.
A four bedroom house at 42 Argyle Way, Wantirna South (above) has been sold for $1.045 million.
Built in 1990 the property was last sold in 2011 for $462,500 and in 2003 for $295,000 while the land was sold in 1979 for $40,000.
A four bedroom house at 42 Bryden Drive, Ferntree Gully (below) was sold for $850,000.
Built in 1985 the property was last sold in 2014 for $525,000, 1994 for $130,000 and in 1986 for $92,500.
