The luxury lifestyle development proposed for the shores of Lake Macquarie, Trinity Point has been listed with the Johnson Property Group seeking joint venture partners.

Its 3.5 acre tourism precinct has been listed through JLL’s Paul Hunter and Ben Hunter.

The tourism precinct will offer a 188-berth marina (94 already built), a five-star Pullman Hotel with day spa & wellness centre, gymnasium & business centre, along with a 250 seat restaurant and 300 seat function centre.

There is even a DA in for a helipad off the marina, sitting 88 minutes north of Sydney’s CBD and 30 minutes south of Newcastle.

The likely joint venture offering will include eight blocks of apartments consisting of 250 luxury apartments.

The entire development covers 23 hectares which includes a number of residential homes and terrace homes currently under construction.

It is a masterplanned marina community that features 196 lot sub-division, 20 terrace homes and 3.5 acres of what is known as the tourism precinct within its Morisset Park waterfront location.

The subdivision lots and terrace homes are currently being sold down to individual buyers by the developer Johnson Property Group.

The former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins has been a brand ambassador.

Trinity Point received awards in two categories at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in Bangkok 2017-2018, for leisure architecture and hotel architecture.

It is designed by Squillace Architects.

JLL’s Director, NSW Metro Sales & Investments, Paul Hunter said it was rare to see a development opportunity of this style and quality.

"This is an opportunity for the astute investor to be part of a fascinating new development.

“This type of development is more commonly seen in Queensland.

"Trinity Point is unique, once completed it will be a 5-star destination.

"Its location between Sydney and Newcastle makes access easy for a true weekender, investment or holiday home, but is also close enough to major centres to make this your primary residence.

"We expect interest from offshore and local developers, private investors and marina operators.”
