Iris Capital’s new residential project in the Hunter Valley is all set for a July public launch.

The $60+ million project, Wyndham Ridge Estate, is nestled amongst green fields and towering gums in the picturesque Hunter Valley.

The master plan consists of subdivided lots which range from 600 sqm–2000 sqm and are priced from $190,000-$280,000.

Buyers can choose a new home from one of Iris Capital’s builders or create their own, according to a media release.

Construction on stage 1 has already begun with completion expected in February 2018.

With around 7,000 people moving to the Hunter every year – the region is one of Australia’s largest regional economies based on resources, tourism and services. The Hunter Region is the sixth most visited place in Australia with a $2+ billion tourism industry, according to Iris.

The estate is also on the doorstep of Hunter Valley Wine Country. There are more than 75 cellar doors within 15 km of the development.

Newcastle is close and Sydney’s CBD is a 1.5-hour drive, according to Iris, making it a perfect getaway or an opportunity to live.

Other nearby major upgrades include Newcastle’s new university campus and the Newcastle International Airport.

The newly created Huntlee also offers a Coles supermarket, specialty shops and education facilities just a 5-minute drive from home.
