Dysart, Chinchilla and Collinsville ranks among Queensland's cheapest rental localities: Investar

South Gladstone is the cheapest locality in Queensland to rent a house, according to Investar’s latest June report.

The property investment firm says that the median rent at South Gladstone is $120.

This was followed by Chinchilla, Dysart and Collinsville all with $150 Blackall with $160.

A three bedroom house at 16 Patterson Street, Dysart (above) has been listed for $150 per week.

Similarly a two bedroom house at 13-15 Strathmore Street, Collinsville (below) has been listed for $145 per week.
