Developers of the Banyan Tree Residences in Brisbane have won awards for the Queensland development in the categories of Best Apartment/Condominium for Australia and Best Development Marketing at the 2017 International Property Awards.

Banyan Tree won three awards for their branded residences project in Brisbane, Australia and Phuket, Thailand.

Ho Kwon Ping, Banyan Tree executive chairman said it is wonderful to have the project recognised as Best Apartment/Condominium and for Best Project Marketing, especially as they progress towards the start of construction.

"The Banyan Tree concept for luxury branded residences is unique in the Australian market," he said.

"We have welcomed many new owners since our launch late last year, with a mixture of local buyers as well as those from overseas, including existing Banyan Tree owners.

"In addition, our new partnership with Vanke, one of China’s largest developers will enable the introduction of our Brisbane project to their extensive network of high end Chinese buyers.”

Banyan Tree’s Brisbane residential development sits on the Kangaroo Point Cliffs and features 76 luxury two and three bedroom apartments including 3 magnificent penthouses.

The development features a 24-hour concierge service, spa, restaurant and resident gymnasium as well as rooftop garden, private function room, barbeque facilities, and an infinity pool.
