Buy an apartment  off the plan, get a new car!

That’s the selling pitch for a luxury apartment complex at West End on the edge of Brisbane’s CBD.

The car offer is for buyers if they secure a contract before the end of the financial year, i.e. June 30. 

Online property agency iBuyNew is offering on behalf of a Brisbane developer 10 Toyota Yaris hatchbacks for purchases made in the recently launched ‘The One’ apartment complex.

The One is located at 89 Victoria Street, West End.

One-bedroom apartments are 51 sqm in size and start from $418,000, while two-bedroom apartments range in size from 70-92 sqm and are priced from $570,000-$710,000.

There are 16 individual floor plans to suit buyers of different tastes.

Chief executive of iBuyNew, Alex Caraco, said this was a good time to invest in Brisbane.

Construction on The One is expected to start in July.

The apartment complex is close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and recreational spaces.
