Ivanhoe in a joint venture with Kincaid Projects announcing the launch of Iva, a 35 apartment development with a gross valuation realisation of $32 million.

Michael Kark, executive director, Monark Property Partners said the Ivanhoe downsizers market is an untapped demographic for many developers.

Iva will feature one, two, three and four bedroom apartments with an average floor size of 96 square metres and have high-end marble finishes, carpentry flooring and wine fridges.

Kincaid Projects have created the interiors in conjunction with notable Melbourne designer Wendy Bergam of Melbourne’s Bergam & Co.
