Resi Ventures has celebrated its 10th anniversary with the release of a $70 million townhouse project in South Morang.

It is among the first major townhouse project to be launched post the Melbourne lockdown.

The 92 townhome Evoke development on Findon Rd will feature 2 and 3 storey homes offering 2 and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms starting from $399,500.

The sales office opens early December with construction slated for commencement in Q2 2021.

Resi Ventures Managing Director Mr Khurram Saeed and partner Anthony Braunthal had decided to launch the boutique project to take advantage of an anticipated post lockdown surge in demand.

“By targeting the first homebuyer and investor market, in a quality location, we believe we will have a sort after product that meets these buyer’s needs,” he said.
