Leading Sydney developer, Crown Group presents Waterfall, the company’s most ambitious project to date.

It draws its inspiration from the 7 storey waterfall that cascades spectacularly down one of the building’s four elemental buildings.

The vision for Waterfall by Crown Group is to bring a green revolution into Sydney’s architecture.

‘Waterfall by Crown Group is a testament to our continual push to create contextually appropriate, innovative residential developments which are relevant to today’s society’’ Chairman and Group CEO, Iwan Sunito

Designed by award winning architects, SJB and featuring a specially commissioned public artwork by Mika Utzon Popov (grandson of Sydney Opera House architect Jorn Utzon).

Waterfall harnesses the power of one’s natural surroundings, providing an alternative environment to combat the stresses and strains of modern life.

The $395 million project will be located at 18 O’Dea Avenue, Waterloo. It boasts 331 apartments, a rooftop infinity pool, a cantilevered gym that overlooks the city, a sky garden and terrace, a function room and six onsite retail outlets.

The luxury apartments will be released for sales at a grand launch on 17th June 2017.

Crown Group is now accepting registrations of interest at waterfallbycrowngroup.com.au.
