North East Melbourne scores 88% weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The North East region of Melbourne had the highest auction clearance rate on the weekend, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 138 auctions in the North East 88.4% resulted in a successful outcome.
This is followed by North West and Outer East with 82.9% and the Mornington Peninsula with 82.6%.
The Inner region had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 75.1% of its 201 auctions cleared.
A three bedroom house at 88 May Street, Preston (above) was sold in the weekend for $1.33 million.
Similarly a five bedroom house at 48 Killarney Ridge, Greensborough (below) was sold in the weekend for $1.1 million.
