Perth, Darwin vendors taking longest to sell property: CoreLogic

Darwin takes the second longest time to sell a property, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that it takes on average 79 days for houses to be sold and 74 days for units.

This is an improvement compared to Perth where it can take up to 93 days for a house to be sold and 89 days for units.

Sydney remains the locality with the fastest selling time with most properties being sold within a month.
