A new residential development in Brisbane’s waterfront Hamilton district has released a new range of apartments.

Brookfield Residential Properties’ Gallery House has released 12 new two bedrooms apartments which also come with a multi-purpose room.

Brookfield’s general manager Lee Butterworth said the release comes after sales of two bedroom apartments, with 40, two bedroom apartments already sold.

The new floorplan was created in response to market demand for flexible living spaces, Butterworth said.

"Our fastest selling apartments in Gallery House have been the two bedroom floorplans, and with limited two bedroom apartments remaining, we saw an opportunity to release the new design to fill a gap in the market," he said.

"The multi-purpose room in the new two bedroom apartments can be used as a study, media room, play room or even as a spare room if extra guests or grandchildren come to visit."

They have worked closely with architect, Cottee Parker.

The 'River Collection' at Gallery House features two and three bedroom apartments with two car spaces and river views; while the 'City Collection' comprises one and two bedroom apartments with either suburban or river views.

One bedroom apartments in Gallery House start from $419,000; the new two bedroom plus multi-purpose room start from $715,000; and penthouses starting from $2.6 million.
