Canberra, Sydney houses flying out the door in just 26 days: CoreLogic

Canberra and Sydney have the quickest sale time for a house to be sold across the nation, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that on average it takes 26 days for a house in Canberra and Sydney to be sold.

However it takes Sydney units 25 days to sold compared to Canberra’s 36 days on the market.

Perth and Darwin has the longest waiting time for a property to be sold with an average waiting time of 2 – 3 months.
