AVJennings kicks in $5000 incentive for Queensland first home buyers

AVJennings has kicked in an extra $5000 incentive for first home buyers who purchase in any of its Queensland residential developments until 18 May.

This is on top of Queensland's $20,000 First Home Owner's Grant which is reduced to $15,000 on 1 July.

Tony Creighton, Queensland sales manager, AVJennings, said the ability to couple both the state government and developer first home buyer incentives, together with the release of the popular loft-style ‘Fusine’ townhome at Villaggio, was expected to spark an increase in first time purchaser enquiries.
