Sekisui House to build 18 SHAWOOD homes at Gledswood Hills

Sekisui House is launching four new intelligent SHAWOOD home designs in its $930 million masterplanned community - The Hermitage in Sydney’s Gledswood Hills.

Eighteen double storey completed designer homes, including the new collection, will be released in late March with prices starting from $759,000.

Craig Barnes,  Sekisui House estate sales and customer relations Manager, said that the company had invested a significant amount of time and research in developing the sophisticated new designs.

The four new designs are named Type K, Type Cr, Type Ca and Type Nc.

Features include four bedrooms, two expansive levels, light filled void areas, exposed timber feature beams, generous rear yards, landscaped grounds, ducted air conditioning and innovative SHAWOOD architectural components.

Completed homes range in size from 221 sqm to 271 sqm. Seven home designs are available as part of the new release with completion expected in late 2017.

The Hermitage is a 320 hectare masterplanned community that will eventually comprise over 2,000 new dwellings in the heart of Sydney’s fastest growing regions, the South West.

It boasts 150 hectares of green open space, including dedicated parklands and a 27 hole golfing precinct, boasting a premiere nine hole course designed and constructed by Greg Norman.
