Boutique Surry Hills development to launch this weekend

A new mixed used development in Sydney’s Surry Hills is set to launch this weekend.

Cadmium Property’s The Surry features a range of 24 apartments and three bedroom apartments designed by architectural firm Candalepas.

The building features Miele appliances, a rooftop with a landscaped garden, secure basement parking, storage and direct lift access.

The apartments are within walking distance of the CBD, Prince Alfred Park, Hyde Park, Crown and Central Station.

The Surry display suite is now open and will hold a VIP launch on March 25.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2018.
