Melbourne model Megan Gale has found a buyer for her designer mansion in Aberfeldie.

It took just 26 days for the contemporary five bedder to sell.

It sold through Charlie Bongiovannica at alexcarbon, who sold her the home when she paid $2,375,000 in 2013.

Bongiovannica was seeking offers above $2.5 million.

It's widely anticipated she is likely to upgrade her home in the southern capital, with the news her partner, Richmond ruckman Shaun Hampson, has signed with the club for another two years.

Set near the Maribyrnong River, the modern home with a fully imported Italian kitchen comes with a dedicated theatre room and a large sunken lounge with fireplace.

The lounge transitions to a large undercover alfresco area overlooking a salt-chlorinated, self-cleaning, solar-heated infinity pool.

Late last year the Australia's Next Top Model judge scored $3 million for her former Sydney weekender at Palm Beach.

She had paid $3.2 million in 2006, fresh from a seven-year modelling stint in Italy.

Now the last of the Gale's Perth property portfolio is for sale too.

The Attadale home, south of Perth, is being sold with a guide of $1.3 million through Moncrieff Realty agent Anita Moncrieff.

Gale also recently signed off on the $515,000 sale of one of the family's properties in her hometown Perth.

The three bedroom home just outside of Fremantle had been in the co-ownership of Megan, mother May and late father Alan since 2005 when they paid $332,000.
